McGinnis Cottage Inn Policies
- Reservations are advised. Drop-ins are always welcome!
- $50 deposit, per night's lodging, may be charged to your credit card when making your reservation.
- Final payment is due upon arrival date.
- Due to the Inn's limited number of rooms, cancellations of all confirmed reservations must be made 72 hours in advance of your arrival date or the full price of the room will be billed to your credit card.
- All cancellations outside the 72 hours will be charged a handling fee of $50 or more.
- During special events and holidays, cancellations of all confirmed reservations must be made 30-days in advance of your arrival date or the full price of the room will be billed to your credit card.
- All cancellations outside the 30-days will be charged a handling fee of $50 or more.
- Confirmed reservations for the vacation rentals is 1 1/2 months from date of arrival, or the full price of the vacation rental will be billed to your credit card.
- All vacation rental cancellations outside the 1 1/2 month's date will lose the $500 deposit.
- Guests failing to leave the keys to the room upon departure, will be charged $25 per key. Arrangements can be made with the owner to return keys, eliminating charges. Thank you.
Rooms and Rates
All rooms have high speed wireless internet access. Rates include a mountain high breakfast. For additional guests sharing the same room, add $25 per person, per night. Rates are based on single/double occupancy, plus tax and are subject to change. See individual rooms for rates.
